Sophie Ehrlich joined EIT Health as Head of Start-Up Growth in 2023 to build and lead a new unit and team managing EIT Health's growth portfolio. Sophie has 20 years of experience in MedTech and HealthTech in business development, strategy and finance roles focusing on building and managing portfolios of healthcare start ups and scale ups in both the public and private sectors. She has held senior roles in health innovation at the British Government’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office, at Samsung Health and in healthcare banking. Sophie holds a BA in International Relations and an MBA.
